Okay so you may not even realise that Bulgaria has a pop idol contest on its television, but it is now in its second season.
During the first stage of the Bulgarian pop idol auditions a few weeks ago a twenty nine year old woman from a tiny village called Zvezdelina in the khardzali province made history by becoming the first world famous Bulgarian pop idol export....but for all the wrong reasons.
The lady in question is called Valentina Hasan and although she is Bulgarian by birth she is Turkish by decent, research also shows that Hasan is her married name and that she currently resides in Spain.
What has bought Valentina Hasan to the world stage is her unique take on Mariah Carey's song "Without you". What makes it unique is that Valentina believes she is speaking in English and even tells the decision panel when they try to correct her that they are wrong.
Valentina's version of "Without you" is called "Ken Leee" (Can't live for those that do not speak Valentina's English).
Currently This Bulgarian pop idol export is being sent round all the social networking sites and has millions of views on Youtube, so why not see for yourself what all the fuss is about and comment below!
